Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Mimi's. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund of online purchases for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 10 days of order arrival.  All exchanges are final sale. Unless the item exchange was due to a damage, or an issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items, jewelry, adhesive bras, and bodysuits are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 10 business days. Mimi's reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Mimi's to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Mimi's is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
